心理学博士，硕士生导师，三级心理咨询师，安徽省心理卫生协会特殊职业群体专委会委员。主要研究导向为工程心理学、人机交互，关注于：（1）复杂工作环境（航空、道路交通、医疗等）中，情境意识与决策失误的心理、神经及计算机制；（2）特殊职业心理评估与选拔；（3）人-AI交互的理论与应用研究。熟悉眼动、近红外、认知计算等技术手段。在Safety Science、Human Factors、Journal of Transport & Health、心理科学 等期刊发表论文十余篇。主持中央高校基本科研项目1项，参与国家级、省部级项目7项。
