刘寰忠，男，主任医师，博士生导师。1999年毕业于安徽医科大学临床医学专业，2015年获药理学博士学位。1999-2016年就职于合肥市第四人民医院，2017年至今就职于安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院，任主任医师、副院长。2013年成为硕导、2018年成为博导。担任国家“十三五”规划教材《儿童少年精神病学》副主编，国家卫健委“十三五规划教材”《精神病学》编委。目前为中华预防医学会精神卫生专业委员会常委委员；教育部精神医学专业教学指导委员会委员；中国医师协会精神科医师分会委员。
