叶榕，男，校聘副教授，硕士研究生导师。2018年毕业于英国伦敦大学国王学院，获神经影像学博士学位。2018-2021年在英国剑桥大学临床神经科学系完成三年博士后训练，2023年入职安徽医科大学精神卫生与心理科学学院，2025-2026获国家留学基金委资助赴英国牛津大学实验心理学系访问。针对神经精神疾病中常见的动机减退障碍（快感缺失、淡漠）展开系统性的机制与干预研究，通过解析动机行为背后的认知加工过程，基于计算和神经机制开展脑深部神经调控、数智化心理治疗等临床干预方法的疗效验证。近5年在Biological Psychiatry, npj Parkinson’s Disease, Movement Disorders, NeuroImage, Journal of Neuroscience等杂志上发表SCI论文30余篇，2024年获批安徽省海外引才创新人才项目（“百人计划”）。
